The new platform was developed by DTG using the Discovery Engine (DE) API, integrating a number of data sources and a customized user interface. In addition to the lightning-fast searches and faceted results, this application introduced new capabilities such as incremental indexing, results approximation, advanced query understanding, language translation for query operators and advanced ranking algorithms.
