Intelligenx has assembled a multidisciplinary team of software professionals, business experts, and technologists with the knowledge and experience to develop and execute pragmatic solutions to the complex problems of real-time information search, discovery, and retrieval faced by our commercial and government clients.

Iqbal brings to Intelligenx more than 30 years of leadership and management experience in the technology field. Prior to founding Intelligenx, Iqbal was the President and CEO of Comp-Rite International, a hardware, software, and engineering company with operations in the United States, South America, India, and East Africa. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Nairobi (Kenya) and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. At Intelligenx, Iqbal oversees the strategic direction of both the business and technology sides of the company, as well as establish and deepen relationships and joint ventures with senior decision makers in the corporate and government sectors. His current areas of concentration are Intelligenx initiatives for Internet yellow pages and exporter directories with large publishing companies and RBOCs, as well as health/medical, intelligence, and homeland security databases with certain civilian and non-civilain agencies of the U.S. government. Iqbal also spearheads Intelligenx ventures in emerging markets, such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Turkey.

As CTO and Co-Founder, Zubair helped design and develop Intelligenx's Discovery Engine^TM technology. Before joining Intelligenx, he worked with Microsystems Technology Laboratories where he developed hardware and software systems for real-time, pixel-parallel image processing. Zubair also worked at Motorola on its next-generation wireless technology. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. As CTO of Intelligenx, Zubair concentrates on research and development related to the companys leading-edge initiatives on the Internet, including search technologies and their applications to online directories, catalogs, exchanges, archives, direct marketing, recruiting, and bioinformatics. His other responsibilities include strategy and business development, product strategy and positioning, and continual exploration of new technologies. He also manages Intelligenxs relationships with offshore development partners.

Prior to joining the Intelligenx team, Azim worked in the National Tax Department of Ernst & Young LLP, where he focused on firmwide operations, pursuit and account management, project management, and product development. He also spent three years in financial accounting, auditing companies in the high-technology sector. Azim is a Certified Public Accountant and an attorney with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Law degree, both from the University of Florida. As COO of Intelligenx, Azim is directly involved in capital formation, business development, and executive recruiting. He concentrates his efforts on executing the business strategy, with special emphasis on the application of the Intelligenx Discovery Engine to the problems of information access and search in the publishing, telecommunications, and IYP industries.
